Iowa to study electronic prescription monitoring

Vicodin, Valium, Ritalin, OxyContin. If you take those or other prescription drugs -- even cough syrup -- your name could appear on a statewide database this year. Iowa is studying an electronic prescription monitoring system with help from a $350,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice.
