- Receives Going Concern Opinion From Auditors
NEW YORK, April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- As required by the American Stock Exchange, Ramp Corporation (Amex: RCO - News) today announced that the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K, filed on April 5, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, included an explanatory paragraph by its independent auditors in their audit report referring to the Company's recurring operating losses and a substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. This audit report, which was dated March 16, 2005, related to the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004. The Company has had a going concern opinion each year for the past 3 years.
