WEBSTER, Mass. & ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2005--Mednet System, a leading provider of connected solutions for physicians, IPAs and hospitals today announced that it has completed the certification process to connect to SureScripts, the nation's largest network provider of electronic prescribing services. As a SureScripts Certified Solutions Provider(TM), physicians using Mednet System emr4MD(TM) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to electronically exchange prescription data via computer or tablet PC, including renewal authorizations, with pharmacies connected to the SureScripts network. Mednet System has already begun connecting physicians at sites in Massachusetts, and plans to launch in additional markets during the year.
